Returns may be made within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for store credit or exchange only. 

We do not offer formal returns or cash back on any sales.

Clothing must be unworn (with the tags still on the garment), unwashed, and unused in any way in order to receive store credit or exchange. 

All sale items are final.

We DO NOT accept returns for any reason on: bath & beauty products, makeup, perfume, and intimates such as bras, bandeaus, leggings, tights, etc.  All sales on these items are final. 

We cannot accept returns on PAPAYA! brand merchandise purchased from another location.

*We are not responsible for laundering & dry cleaning damages.  Please follow the garment care instructions carefully and consider your laundering methods.


Store Credits are active for one full calendar year.  You may use all or part of your store credit, at any time, during that year.



PAPAYA! Living offers Gift Certificates available in any amount.  Gift Certificates are good for one calendar year.  You must retain your paper gift certificate in order to redeem it at the time of purchase.  

Please note - We do not keep Gift Certificates on file.



As a service, we offer shipping options from our store.  If you are traveling from out-of-town, we can accommodate purchases, and get them safely home to you.  Shipping will be calculated and added at the time of purchase. We only ship UPS.  Please allow 10 days for shipping, especially during summer months.  You may also call us to purchase items from afar and we will accommodate your requests whenever possible.



PAPAYA! Living's main floor is entirely wheel chair friendly.  However, our lower level, which is primarily clothing, is connected by a stairwell and not handicap accessible.

While we are fans of many artisans and companies, we do not always select the submissions we receive.  There is a huge array of factors that we have to consider when buying for our boutique.  However, as start up artisans ourselves, we understand all that you do and always appreciate seeing your work.  

Please do not send product submissions via mail or in store.  We cannot be responsible for your packages nor assume responsibility for them.  Email is the best channel for submissions.



PAPAYA! Living donates to local organizations, not-for-profit events, and charities whenever possible.  To request a donation please email with all necessary information and charity materials.  You can also bring written materials into the store.  We will reply as soon as possible.  

*We try to honor most requests but cannot fulfill all of them. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
